Once again it’s that time of year, “Christmas” and the Big ESI/GatorHyde Christmas Dinner! December 21st came even earlier this year or so it seems, and once again we all had fun stuffing ourselves with fine food and dessert. Orlin, the company’s owner, spent all night smoking mighty tasty morsels of BEEF and PORK while the rest of us brought various food dishes and plenty of dessert. As usual we all had a great time and went home full as a TICK! Here are just a few of the pictures taken, have a look and you might see someone you know….
