Rocklahoma 2008

The GatorHyde staff and employees’ family and friends braved the elements at the Rocklahoma concert July 9-13, 2008. The music was great and loud, the weather was somewhat an issue (the rain and wind), and there was a great turnout. Saturday night, even after the wind damaged a lot of the tents and the two side stages, the show went on. The pictures below show some of the activities that went on.

  Well Country Fever Fest was, to say the least, quite wet this year. While the turn out was slightly better than in 2007, the rain storms proved to be quite a hassle. Unlike last year’s event, this year we had a 2007 GMC 4X4 in our booth, complements of Kevin Grover Chevrolet and Todd Huckabee, world class Pro Crappie fisherman was there with his Skeeter fishing boat. A few months prior to Country Fever, GatorHyde became a sponsor for Todd and provided a fantastic boat wrap along with a new GatorHyde deck coating. Even with all the rain, Friday night, all day Saturday and Sunday, we still saw a large number of visitors to our tent with lots of interest in both our Spray-In bed liner system and our new GatorHyde 75, slip resistant boat deck coating. All the ESI/GatorHyde crew was there working various shifts to answer questions, pass out freebies, and have a great time listening to all the Country Western Singers. In just a few weeks it will be time for ROCKLAHOMA, another concert only this time with an entirely different crowd, and YES! GatorHyde will be there promoting our line of spray in bed liners, and marine coatings.
