For those of you who have the Graco Reactor E-10, you know that the heater rods can occasionally be unreliable. When these parts fail, it can cause major delays when trying to spray a truck or other items. It seems as if they would fail only when you needed them most! Due to inferior Chinese parts being used, the rods have been failing even before the manufacture one year warranty had expired. On many occasions, Elastomer Specialties has replaced the rods at no expense to the dealer. Graco has now “walked away” from this vendor, and is using a NEW supplier of these heater rods. ESI/GatorHyde has replace many of these heater rods with the new improved models, and none have failed yet! THANK YOU GRACO!!!
